Programs
Players in grades 3rd – 4th participate in the U.L.A. (Upstate Lacrosse Association). This league is classified as an Instructional League and as such provides an excellent opportunity for players to learn and develop their lacrosse skills. This league runs from the beginning of May until the end of July. Practice schedules are determined by individual team coaches. U.L.A. games are scheduled for six weeks beginning with an Opening Weekend in June.
